CeedOperator
**************************************

A `CeedOperator` defines the finite/spectral element operator associated to a
`QFunction`. A `CeedOperator` connects objects of the type
:ref:`CeedElemRestriction`, :ref:`CeedBasis`, and :ref:`CeedQFunction`.
