used to prevent resets of the LMVM matrix between subsequent TaoSolve calls.
The same flag also causes various counters to be preserved between solve calls.
Some warnings and checks added to foolproof the recycling,
and make sure the user is warned when the matrix is being reset under certain circumstances.
New tutorial based on the Rosenbrock problem tests to make sure recycling works correctly.
